Back from Baltimore and the Synergy 2 conference. It was terrific - and I think most came away with a renewed sense that the time for self expression is here. Like any medium, polymer clay has been through its phases - Technique Phase, where everyone wanted to know how to do a particular thing. Now, we're in Self Expression mode - time to put all that knowledge to work and say something about ourselves with it. Art from the Soul.
Today, I'm putting up Gordon Uyehara's Gallery presentation. Gordon's metal clay work is incredible, impressive and bold. He's quiet and gentle but speaks with a big voice in his work. I know you'll enjoy seeing his work as much as we enjoyed our time with Gordon himself.

I love his work! Everything he creates makes my jaw drop. Very inspiring for someone like me who is starting out in metal clay.
